Ironically, Lilly Singh is better doing late-night interviews than comedy bits

The problem may be that the monolog is not given enough time. Also, she has writers who are no doubt writing the monolog jokes. In the interviews she is just purely herself. I think it can get better over time as the writers learn better how to write for her sensibility.

I really think the show has a lot of promise. The energy levels are really good.
