Can Bran see the future or not?

It's kind of confusing. Sometimes they seem to imply that he knows everything that's going to happen, like Arya jumping out on the Night King and that's why he was calm when the NK approached him. Then they imply all he sees is the past.

Could he not have at least told Jon not to tell Sansa and to make sure to give to Dany good before they attack KL?
