"With Iain Glen"

Does anyone know the reasoning behind the actor who plays Jorah not getting a regular billing during the opening credits for S8E3? It stuck out to me when I rewatched it last night, and I'm not home right now to check S8 Eps 1 & 2 to see if that was the case for them as well. But Even Conleth Hill (Varys) had a regular billing during the opening credits, and I hardly remember seeing him at all in Ep 3.

I can't imagine it was due to what ultimately happened to Jorah, but does anyone know the reason why certain actors would receive regular billing and others the "With" qualifier in the opening credits? I think he was the only one, it seemed odd.

Ser FriendZone is so named not solely because Dany's repeated rejections give him a chronic case of the Blue Gonads.
He is so named in part because HBO denies him regular billing, in spite of his dedicated service to Queen and Nomads.

It's been the same throughout the series - every single episode he's starred in always has 'With Iain Glen' at the end.

Will miss J Bear :(

Traditionally, the “with” credit is more prestigious than a regular-cast credit. In Westworld, for example, both Anthony Hopkins and Ed Harris receive “with” credits.
