the show was crap, the cast were wannabe pornstars and couldnt act, the plot was boring and tasteless. HBO normally has good shows but this one was clearly out of desperation. Thank God its over. All my friends hated the show too. If we wanted to watch people have sex without all the bad acting, then we wouldve just bought a porno...there's bad acting in that too.

either way when expressing your opinion try to focus an the essence of a film
and not the provoking or explicit scenes,theres more than that

How about their no acting period in porno's the people are still getting off what amazes me is that these so called actors would agree to do something like this which is basically soft porn .Porn isn't aesthetic despite what the hollywood pretentious hipster crowd believes this isn't high art .Even though yes sex is a normal part of life when you present it in such graphic nature as this like porn does .It automatically snaps people out of the fantasy and away from the story which is not a good thing .Its a major distraction it appeals to the lowest common denominator and it shows how pathetic actors can be especially these ones .Known of there careers has really advanced since this show why with so much at stake would you risk it? There was nothing to gain career wise from being a legit actor who agrees to doing soft core porn then they sit there like we're idiots while they try to justify their actions as something meaningful and purposeful .

wannabe pornstars? you can just blame the cast you have to blame the show runners and the creator and the producer .All the actors did was do the actual scenes it wasn't there idea to make them that graphic they are to blame but the creator and hollywood in general are to blame also we audience are to blame by watching this crap

Bad acting? The acting on this show is very good! When Ally Walker started to cry during therapy with Jane Alexander in Episode 1, it was extraordinarily REAL!
