After Dexter finds out he killed an innocent that during the dramatic wrap up of the episode , Dexter just did a voice over "I'm my own worst enemy" and suicided. Rita would appreciate it.

Would've saved us from the atrocious eighth season. Then again, they wouldn't be able to conclude the Arthur Mitchell story arc. The guy was funny as hell for a murderer.
