Vin Diesel has pulled out and BWT has been postponed until a new star is cast.

No, It's still unreleased and in limbo. Batgirl has a better chance of coming out than this does.

No, its gone in the Capitol Films bankruptcy, David Bergstein saw to that. However there are a few incomplete prints out there. Only a few films survived In the Heart of the Sea & Accidental Love due to its famous directors.
