Either of them are perverts only because the law says so. In other societies or in history, it wasn’t out of the ordinary for a kid his age to have sex or have kids. When I was a teen that age, hormones were raging and I wouldn’t have minded having sex with a sexy teacher or coach. No trauma on my end.

One of my English teachers when I was a teenager was an extraordinarily attractive twenty-four-year-old. If she had taken it upon herself to introduce me the world of sexual intimacy I would have considered myself the luckiest boy on Earth. Alas, no such delight came my way. It's hard to imagine any straight boy not wanting something like that to happen, or regretting it later in life if it did, as long as a pregnancy didn't result. Boys and girls are not the same, psychologically, so trying to flip the situation for the sake of discussion to a male teacher and a teenage girl is a logical fallacy.
