shareAccording the graphic novel, the Carters were being watched by the leader from another mutant clan. As for the guy with no visible mutations, that was Papa Jupiter. Brenda put a pick axe through his head at the very end, though he's barely recognizable from being burned so badly from the trailer explosion.

shareOhhh, okay. Sorry about that! The family member you're thinking of is Big Mama. Her only mutation (as far as I know) is being completely hairless. We never really find out what becomes of her. I think we're supposed to assume she died between this film and the sequel.
