I read that JJ and Garcia may quit unless they get equal pay as the men on the show, seems fair to me, equal pay should be common sense, especially since they've been on the show since the beginning while the men except for Reid joined later. Wonder if Emily and Tara are getting equal pay. The whole cast should unite and threaten to walk if everyone doesn't get equal pay, the producers can't fire everyone. Wonder how they would explain their absence if JJ and Garcia don't reach a deal.
Well, the rest of the cast already have signed deals, at least Joe and MGG do.
This happened a few years ago with KV/AJ and they were granted/or were able to make a deal and stayed. I'm sure they'll come to an agreement. If we lose 2 more originals that's for sure the end of the show. However, Joe and MGG seem to be willing to stay until the show ends.
If for some reason they don't reach a deal, that cliffhanger will have to stay. JJ was in the other van that got "tapped" and unless they get a stunt double or something it will be hard to continue with from there. But since this is a "repeat situation" I think a deal will be reached.

Since the Beyond Borders spin-off has been cancelled, they could bring in some of them to the original if they needed replacements. They would all fit in well with the team.
Well, I don't know if they'd do that with at least the entire cast of BB but if they lose JJ and Garcia, I don't know if they'd what to replace "them" or their positions. Monty could take over for Garcia, Clara could take JJ's spot (and see her brother Delko). I would think Garrett and Simmons would stay where they are and Mae wouldn't be needed.
But overall, IF they do need new cast members I could only see one from BB come over or none at all. I don't want to speculate too much until the info is released on if they (JJ/Garcia) are returning or not.
