it's certainly flopped at the box office. it barely made the top 20 for just two weeks...personally, i think aus audiences have had enough of really dark, mean films after macbeth, book of rev. and now this flopping. While they have come in droves to kenny

Thank you for showing us the error of our ways. Now I realise that all I want to see on a cinema screen is shiny people smiling and laughing and going through minor mishaps before reaching a happy ending.

I don't mind seeing movies that are pure entertaining escapism, but why would you want to put a stop to anything different? I personally see movies to feel emotion, whether it be happiness or sadness or fear.

Oh, but unless I'm seeking happiness I'm being a moron? Thanks, man. I like that. I also like that you think that people only like (claim to like?) this movie because it's different. Macbeth was different. Book of Revelation was different. I didn't care for either of those movies, though.

Although I'm not about to tell people who did like those that they're completely wrong and stupid.

Go see your escapist fun. If you accidentaly catch a film that shows a bit of unpleasantness, please don't bother us about it.

Dude... you need to chill. I personally enjoyed this movie. Unlike you, I don't need to go see Borat or Scary Movie 15 when I go to the theatre to be entertained. Stop liking stuff because it's different? Are you a complete idiot? That is the main reason why it is so good... because it isn't the same crap you see all the time. Speak for yourself and give an opinion, but dont tell people how they feel, think, or act. That is just a sign of how weak and incompitant you are. My life doesn't suck... at all. Everyone has problems every now and then, but I love my job, I love my wife, and as far as Im concerned, failure at things is a learning experience to better yourself. You may hate youself, your life, your family, or whatever, but you have no reason to write a book on your feelings about it all and mask it as a movie review. If you want to start your own personal blog to complain about how much you suck at life, go ahead. If a film is bad, people would admit it's bad, regardless of who wrote it, directed it, or starred in it. You don't need balls to rag on someone you will never meet. You are probably just jealous you didn't think of the idea yourself. Why? Because you are a poor pathetic loser, and they are all rich stars.
