What all was cut from orginal cut?

This film was cut to avoid the NC-17 rating, but apparently it has never been released in it's full version. I was wondering if anyone who has seen the film in festivals remember any scenes that were longer and probably cut. Along with a photo confirming a scene of Josh being poked/stabbed in the face during his torture, there's also an additional shot of the severed leg from the chainsaw and Pus pouring out of Kana's eye socket for a few seconds longer. I've also read that her train suicide is very slightly longer.
