According to this the Blu-ray release for The Flash has been moved up to August 29th

'Warner Bros. Home Entertainment has officially announced that it will release on 4K Blu-ray and Blu-ray Andy Muschietti's The Flash (2023), starring Ezra Miller, Michael Keaton, Sasha Calle, Michael Shannon, and Ron Livingston. The two releases are scheduled to arrive on the market on August 29.'
