Dirk Gently in Season 12 Confirmed??

Any fans of Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency (2016) will be happy to know the character Dirk Gently portrayed by Samuel Barnett will be in an episode for the 12th Series (2019).

This is however only confirmed by a Wikipedia listing so I guess take it with a grain of salt.

Loved the first Season - second dragged a little. But having him on Who might be fun!

I was hoping it might be Mangan. I liked his Dirk.

Personally I didn't like Stephen Mangan as Dirk Gently; I'd read the books and he was nothing like the way Dirk was described. Someone once said Toby Jones would have made a good Dirk and I agreed, he's just how Dirk is described in the books.

That'd be good, Dirk Gently in the same universe as Doctor Who alongside Arthur Dent finally (given the Who Shada connection).

It would make the current run more interesting, JW just isn't the Doctor for me.
