Great movie!

Despite all the negative reviews and feedback I read about this movie...I'm gonna have to go ahead and disagree with all the haters. This was 'a great movie', and that's not something that I'm used to saying about movies nowadays. I mean, sure, Running Scared may be over-the-top, ultra violent, fast paced, and unrealistic...it was still solid adrenaline-fueled entertainment. I can't really compare it to any other film. And I don't care what anyone says about Paul Walker's acting. He was a beast in this movie. In my opinion, it's Paul Walker's best film. And it made me realize how tragic it is that he's dead. I guess this film is one of those 'love it or hate it' scenarios.

The only thing that bothers me about the film, is how Paul Walker's face looked after getting hit with hockey pucks. He healed up rather quickly...lol. In real life, his face would be so jacked up, and he definitely wouldn't be eating breakfast a few hours later. Just sayin...

And was it just me? Or did anyone else want Oleg to be the one to shoot the mafia guy at the end? After all the nightmarish crap he'd been through, I think that would've made a better ending.

Couldn't agree more. I've always said that it was Walker's best movie. Pretty decent cast from top to bottom, with actors like Milicevic and Cudlitz going on to have bigger careers/roles.

Well it's nice to see that someone agrees with me on this topic.
