Maybe the most annoying person I have seen on TV, there is nothing I like about this woman at all, she seem like a horrible person.
Also this Jim guy is annoying but not on the level of pam

I don't think she's THAT annoying - she's actually pretty neutral for the most part - heck, she even speaks in monotone mostly.
She's plain and neutral on all possible levels, she's not ugly, but she's not pretty, either - she looks .. 'human'. Looking at her is like looking at a grey wall - you don't really feel anything. I think she's mostly harmless, there are more annoying women in TV shows, even this one.
I think you have explain why she is annoying, because she is like that but also a sneak bully. There's is nothing to like about this character
