I’ve noticed this has multiple references to Die Another Day

In both Bond is referred to as a blunt instrument.

There is an exotic beach scene which features a character coming out of the water in slow motion (Jinx in DAD, Bond in CR), although I do realize these both may have been callbacks to Dr. No

There is a scene where Bond is driving a fancy car along the coast of a Caribbean Island

There is a scene where Bond screws over someone who is being a complete prick (the “I don’t need a goddamn wheel chair guy”, and the guy who wanted Bond to park his car)

In both movies, Bond causes a distraction (pushing a guy in a wheelchair into a room, crashing a car) in order to be able to sneak into a room (the Cuban clinic, the security footage archives)
