The most brutal throat slitting scene ever?

I've watched a ton of movies where there were scenes of people having their throats slashed. But I must say, the throat slitting scene in this movie, is hands down the most brutal and realistic depiction I've ever seen. And what makes that scene so unique, is that the actual slitting of the throat barely contains any cut-away in the editing. It's one of the only scenes where we actually get to see someone have their throat slit, in it's entirety.

I know that seems like a really messed up, sick, and demented detail to focus on. But I just had to point that out.
