Why no update on sex trafficking victim Kendall?

This was the young woman who said she was "born" purposely to be sold to a man who then pimped her out to rich elites, including men in law enforcement, part of congress, rich celebrities, etc. This was aired in 2017 and there never was an update. Either the story was horseshit or she was suicided and the story was buried. In the episode, she said she saw her owner kill children and that she killed a baby. Wouldn't Dr. Phil then have a personal responsibility as a healthcare provider to alert authorities? And on national tv, no less. She just admitted to a crime.
