An epic fight at the end but...
Was this final fight as good as the one in Frankenstein meets the Wolf Man?
shareIt was way better considering it lasted a heck of a lot longer. I like Frankenstein Meets the Wolf Man but it's hardly worth watching for the 1 minute fight between the monster and the Wolf Man at the end. I mainly watch it for the Wolf Man more than the Monster who really isn't in it that much.
shareI've never seen Frankenstein meet the Wolf Man, but this post reminds me of my initial disappointment watching Bride of Frankenstein (1935) and realizing the monsters mate is in the film for like a minute at the very end. Annoyed me when I first watched it, in saying that Bride is my favorite Universal Monster Movie.
shareThere was an alternate ending where the Monster and the Bride hook up and produce a baby Frankenstein Monster but the censors objected, so they kept the original finish
