Open Range v. Tombstone
There as good as each other in there own way.
share"Tombstone." Yes, it is over the top. But, it's directed by George P. Cosmatos, so it's OF COURSE going to be over the top!
It's easily my favorite Wyatt Earp movie.
"Open Range" is very good, and is nicely photographed. The music score is pretty anonymous, though, which is a sin when it comes to a large-scale Western like this. But, nicely acted and directed.
