Dr. Bell... I liked Dr. Kroger and I was sad that the actor passed away so suddenly. He cared about Monk but he always seemed to have a cool, detached smirk on his face. Of course, a psychiatrist has to be somewhat detached.

It's just that Hector Elizondo is one of my favorite actors. So I prefer Dr. Bell.
