hmm ok I dunno if this sounds weird but I'm 15 and I think Colin Firth is really hot. I just mean that I've seen a lot of you posters that are like married with children and somewhat older than I am, and I understand that YOU think he's attractive and that it's acceptable...but what about me? With such an age difference?

don't worry!! all my friends and i developed a crush on him in high school after watching the BBC version of Pride & Prejudice. we would've been 15 at the time as well :D now that we have the dvd for it, we rewatch the lake scene all the time *blush*

I'm also 15. So don't worry about it. I think I'm drawn to Colin because a lot of the younger actors are less handsome, less talented, generally less "in" themselves. That doesn't mean I would ever date anyone that much older, however!

No Colin Firth is hot. I'm 25 and I've thought he was hot since I saw him in Bridget Jones Diary and that was when I was 19. He's the only reason I watched this movie with the terrible acting of Amanda Bynes.
