Watched this movie over the weekend with the wife. When I commented on how hot she was esp with the tentacles ( I bet she could really wrap those babies around you and wear you out!) my wife was like ugh...yuk...you are sick! The tentacles are not sexy but they act as a flaw. Perfection is a turnoff, a scar or in some cases even a deformity can set off a woman's beauty in a way that makes them perversely more attractive.
So yes, she's hot because of the tentacles, which aren't hot.
