Was she considered fat in by UK standards?

I mean I think the heaviest the diary had her at was 135. I would guess she the character would be like 5 foot 5. I actually thought she had a nice figure in that movie. I was watching it feeling fatter that she was trying to lose weight at 135.

Americans are alot fatter than the UK due to diet (Cheesecake Factory, Dominoes, etc, etc in the US), although obesity is becoming a problem there as well thanks to McDonalds.

I think if you take single women in their 30s overall they would still be alot skinnier in the UK than in the US. They are also fitter because they walk alot more in the UK as a form of daily transport than in the US where everything is done by car.

I'm re watching this and there is no way she is overweight or obese. I'm a size ten and she looks smaller than me.

Remember btw the American stick insect said "I thought you said she was thin?"
I think she's supposed to be considered overweight in the movie but obviously she doesn't look it

I watched it again tonight and Renee actually has a gorgeous figure. I'm English and she looked to me to be a size 12-14 at the biggest, which is average/curvy. I'm the same size.

Because Renee is stick thin, though (see Chicago) and had to gain weight for the role, she does look to be a lot heavier.

Personally though, she looked lovely to me. Not fat at all.

She wasn't fat at all. She looked very good.
