How did that content get past the censorship?

No, i'm not talking about the violence or two piece bikini monkeys, but the DK rap's line "But that's one hell of a guy" How did that get past the censorship? They censored it in Smash Bros. Melee and Brawl as "But that's one heck of a guy", but i thought they were gonna censor it or re-rate it E-10 or Teen on the Wii U, but nope, they kept the "One hell of a guy" line, i know we hear worse on Back to the future (I'm 11 and i'm allowed to watch) but still, For Nintendo, that is pretty strong.
