This is an excerpt from the script written in Feb 9,2000

"Pazzi selects the 10 Most Wanted button, and in a moment, the list - with pictures - is displayed. The World Trade Center bombing mastermind is #1. Beneath him, nine other, lesser bombers and murderers, none of whom look anything like Fell. He shifts back to the main page. Selects Archives."

In the final film released in Feb 2001, Osama Bin Laden is the photo at #1.

Osama bin Laden was already wanted by the FBI for the USS COLE bombing, as well as the bombings of the US embassies in Nairobi and Tanzania in 1998 and 2000, he was already number one before 9/11

Yes, he was already number one...But the world trade centre bombings hadn't happened yet...So how and why are they mentioned in the script?

There was another bombing of the WTC in 1993, but now it is overshadowed by the 9-11-2001 attacks.

Actually, the FBI admitted they have no evidence linking OBL to 9/11. Even after 9/11 he was not wanted by the FBI for the events of 9/11.

When people started saying Osama bin Laden was behind 911, my mother asked who he was and I told her bin Laden was the most famous terrorist in the world.

Osama bin Laden was already wanted for an attack on the World Trade Center on Feb. 26, 1993, 7 years before 911. Al Queda terrorists used a van filled with explosives in the underground parking garage in an attempt to destroy the twin towers. They hoped on tower would topple and knock the other tower down, killing thousands. But the towers stood, and thousands of people were hurt more or less seriously and six were killed, instead of the thousands dead the terrorists hoped for.
