What fool would keep a job that makes your nosebleed?

The guy in the bar said that his cousin or whoever it was would work and his facemasks would just be covered in blood from the nosebleeds. What idiot would want to keep a job like that? I know we all have to make a living, but surely there was a Mcdonalds down the street which might be low paying, but at least not hazardous to the health.
