For a movie that is 21 years old, I didn't find it too dated looking.

It's shot well and the music is decent.

Sometimes 2000s movies have annoying rock soundtracks when it wants to be "edgy".

Yeah, this movie is awesome. It came out in 2000, but I still consider this a 90's movie, through and through.

OTHER THAN THE FACT THAT IT WAS FILMED IN 1999 AND FEATURES A VERY HYPED UP 90'S STYLE.🤔

I can't imagine anyone who ever owned a car and worried that it might be stolen, enjoying this film. The protagonists are car thieves; that is just wrong. Justice would have been seeing the owner of a car knee capping at least one of the thieves.
