Not just the worst horror piece ever made . . .

. . . the worst entry in recorded media ever. A sophomoric exercise in A Quick Reference Guide to your Camcorder that doesn't qualify as a movie (and even less, a Film). I do congratulate the students on bilking a gullible American public and remain eternally grateful I wasn't one of them.

reply

I don't think I'm gullible for liking this highly effective and unnerving movie. It scares the hell out of me.

Not sure if this is a perfect example of hyperbole, or if you're just being a drama queen, or if you've only come into contact with four or five different items of recorded media in your entire life.

reply

Oh please. Apparently somebody hasn't seen Hellraiser: Revelations.

Anyone here mentions Hotel California dies before the first line clears his lips.

reply

For many of us who have an imagination, and don't need everything spelled out for us, the movie was just fine.

reply

the fact that you even took the time to rate Bruno a 1, speaks volumes of you going out of your way to bash anything you don't find to be of "high-quality" (to your standards)

because as we know, everything is liked based on tastes, and, there is nothing more in bad taste than degrading others because of their preferences

good day

reply

Ahhh get over yourself.

reply

Yeah.

...said the person who rates 'Bonfire of the Vanities' a 9, and 'A Fish called Wanda' a 1.

reply

Said no one ever. Must be more one of these teens who didn't even understand the plot. Not everyone is dumb like you, who doesn't have the intelligence to understand the movie and need to have everything spoon fed. Some viewers can actually think by themselves and appreciate smart horror movies such as TBWP, which is not your case.

Go back watch your cheap modern horror movies with jump scares, cliches and lots of gore, it's the kind of horror movie that people with limited intellectual capacity like you are able to understand.

reply

Worst horror ever? what are you smoking? just because it is not your typical hollywood, twist ending, gory schlockfest ..

this movie was great,.. the story was it's strong point and you have to put yourselves in their places to feel the dread they were in..

reply

I completely agree. Blair Witch is the only horror movie I've ever seen that left me disturbed and shaken after I left the theater.
