The year 2020
This film starts off in 2020. Its fun to see the filmmaker was completely wrong in his predictions of the future.

Dang! It really has been a long time since I watched this. I didn't realize the story took place in 2020. They really need to stop doing these "near future" films in years that come up too quickly. I can't imagine what everyone's gonna think when 2058 actually comes around, and we look back on that '98 "Lost in Space" movie.
