Just finished watching this, and it's a very good cartoon.
This cartoon basically started the best decade ever.

They tried certain things in this cartoon with the dialogue and certain scenes which were quite daring, but fitting of the show. And it paid off.

Voice work was good. It was hilarious hearing Thundarr screaming while charging everytime. Ookla always sounded weird when he freaked out or was fighting.

Definitely recommend this. Only 21 episodes.

My brother loved it when we were kids :D They included it on Cartoon Network in the 90s because the channel was really new, and they supplemented a lot of their day schedule with old cartoons, including this one.
