A decent film, but miles behind Trainspotting

I think it got better as it went along but you're right it has nothing on Trainspotting.

Yeah, Trainspotting had much more to offer in terms of story and character. Requiem for a Dream is more like an extended music video.

Trainspotting: 8/10
Requiem for a Dream: 8/10

But I prefer Requiem.
