I only saw this movie once

I keep meaning to revisit it, but negative word of mouth about the bad CGI (which I thought was OK at the time) keeps putting me off.

Bad CGI? The CGI still holds up today.

I think the CGI would hold up more in the new Invisible Man movie, which this is imitating.

No shit, it's come out 20 years later. Hollow Man still looks way more cutting edge to me than the new movie and its 2 decades old. It does help that it had a $95 million budget though compared to $7 million for the new one.

Same here, I only saw this movie once when my cousin brought the dvd to my house and we watched it together. I mean it's OKAY, but it could have been better. We never get to see Sebastian explore his invisibility more. The special effects is really the only good thing about this movie.
