How can one's divine powers heal gunshot wounds to the chest...

Also, if a person is revived or resurrected through divine powers or intervention after being shot, why would they gasp immediately upon coming back to life?

If they have divine powers to heal, why couldn't they heal a gunshot wound to the chest? Why would that injury be different from any other?

A gasp when returning to life would be a first breath. It would make sense that the first breath would be deep.
