40 and loved it

I can't believe a thread 4 years old is still going on.

I'm 37, I just watched it. I never heard of it, and can't remember now why I queued it.
I'm glad I did.
In the beginning, I hated Enid. Jaded, cynical, think she has a better viewed of the world but only 18 yr old bitch.
But then she met Seymour. And suddenly, she's alot more likable.
and it's hard not to like Seymour. I was rooting for him the whole time.
I was a little heart broken in the end.
And, something else funny happened during this movie. i would normally think of Scarlett Johanson as the hot girl in a movie, but Thora Birch, by the time she had the tight little red top and short black skirt with fishnets on (yet, somehow, not like a hooker), I was totally sold on her being the hot one in the movie. She eclipse one the the hottest actresses on the planet. How did that happen?
Pretty amazing movie. Though I do recommend watching it while consuming your favorite beverage.

I'm 27, watched it for the first time when I was 20 or 21 maybe. It has become my favorite film.

I bought it today, but I saw it for the first time a few months ago.
I have discussed on another board that this movie has a distinct early-mid '90s feel to me (although it was made during '01), so I feel as if these characters were my age or even slightly older when I lived during that time.
I'm now 32.

In my 40's and male, despised it. The main character is a sicko.

I just watched it last week for the first time and i'm 28. I enjoyed it.

My dad got me to watch it and he's 58, it's one of his new favourites.
