this is a cute nice comedy that does a job but people keep saying this is a classic. TOTALLY don't see that. Just watched it for the 3rd time cos i thought i was missing something. I chuckled a few times but it's not in the same league as some other comedy classics i can think of
shareI don't know that I'd call it a classic either. But I did enjoy it for what it was. I just felt they went completely in the wrong direction towards the end and ruined it. I believe I read that Mike Judge hated the ending and thought act 3 needed a complete rewrite. I totally agree with that. Once they went down the whole embezzlement route, it ruined the movie.
