When did Nickelodeon go downhill for you?

I think it started to go downhill around late 2002/2003 when a lot of the channel's Late-90's shows were ending or starting to get phased out.

But, I don't believe Nick stopped being good completely until after 2009.

I thought the downhill slide started around 1998-99 but didn't fall off the cliff until around 2004 or so.
