Liam Neeson definitely the best. The worst was either Natalie Portman or Keira Knightley as Sabé, one of Queen Amidala's handmaidens who serves as her decoy throughout the majority of the film. The decoy thing sort of confused me and I think it's Keira Knightley of whom I'm thinking but whoever it was was awful! Naturally her movements would be stiff due to the costume, but her voice was so robotic it was barely even human! Did they switch at the end and Natalie Portman start doing the robot voice when she got in costume? C3PO had all the humanity and warmth she lacked and he wasn't even a complete droid! Jake Lloyd was better than several of the other actors. Liam Neeson was the only one who really convinced me. Yoda, C3PO, and R2D2 were also good, that's about it.
