favorite Pixar villain?

Who's your favorite Disney/Pixar villain? Here's a list:

Toy Story - Sid
A Bug's Life - Hopper
Toy Story 2 - Al (Zurg doesn't really count)
Monsters, Inc - Randall
The Incredibles - Syndrome

Finding Nemo doesn't really have a villain. Mine is Hopper because is the nastiest and Spacey does such a great job with his voice. Randall is my second favorite because he's pretty cool too and some of my favorite dialogues are between Randall and Mike. How about you all?

Definitely Hopper (yes great voice work there). Actually he's my favorite character in the movie. I think he's the shrewdest and cruelest of the bunch of pixar villians

Some quotes i like, just copied from imdb:
It's a bug-eat-bug world out there, princess. One of those Circle of Life kind of things. This is the way things are supposed to work: The sun grows the food, the ants pick the food, the grasshoppers eat the food...

[Hopper has just drowned three dissenting grasshoppers in a pile of seeds]
Hopper: You let one ant stand up to us, then they all might stand up! Those puny little ants outnumber us a hundred to one and if they ever figure that out there goes our way of life! It's not about food, it's about keeping those ants in line. That's why we're going back! Does anybody else wanna stay?
[grasshoppers shocked - all the grasshoppers "rev up" their wings]
Molt: [motioning a fellow grasshopper] He's quite the motivational speaker, isn't he?
Hopper: Let's ride!

Are there any female Pixar villians? I don't recall any; Mirage? not really though

Chef Skinner from Ratatouille! I love it when he go completely crazy and paranoid! Ian Holm is really great!

I think Hopper is my favorite. He's really the only true Pixar villain because we actually see him kill his own henchmen and he really sets out to have power over the ants. And he's the only villain from Pixar with an actual demise. (C'mon, Syndrome's death was just lame.)

Prospector from Toy Story 2. I don't care if you don't count him: he was a great villain, and I liked how he was smart and well spoken unlike his TV equivalent, plus I was genuinely shocked when he came out of the box the first time.

On your list: Hopper

Hopper and Randall. I know some people don't see Randall as a villain, but though he may have only been working for Mr. Waternoose, I see him as more evil than his boss. He was the one who actually tried to hurt Mike and Sully.

1. Syndrome was pretty evil, if u think in the movie he did kill several heroes before Mr. Incredible got there. He tried to kill The Incredible mom and kids, he also made Mr. Incredible listen while they begged for help. That was evil.
2. Hopper he was way evil. He was going to wat the ants if they didn't do his bidding. That was just evil.
3. Sid killed the toys and didn't care about them. It wasn't just the toys tho, he was mean to his sister and mother. He was evil intentionally. You can tell he'll probably be a cereal killer later. It starts with objects then animals etc...
4. Randall He just didn't seem to evil enough. he had the idea of tying up children and didn't care what happened to them. He also was evil intentionally. He was going to sacrifice poor children to get first place. He didn't try to think of another way to get power. He thought of torture.
But he and Mr. Waternoose seemed to be doing this out of desperation.

As for finding Finding Nemo Darla was pretty evil but she was just little girl. The denist was evil for giving fish to an eight year old who didn't know how to properly care for them, but gets points taken away on the evil side for trying to "save" Nemo from being stranded, but gets some evil back for taking him away. The shark thing that ate Nemo's mom and siblings was pretty evil, but he was acting on natural instinct. So for that movie I think it was Marlon against himself. He was in constant battle with himself and if it weren't for Dory, Nemo would have never left. So I say Marlon against himself is the bad guy in this one.
Wall-E the humans destroying the planet was pretty evil. But the Auto pilot thought he was doing some good, but turned out to be kind of evil to.
Stinky Pete was pretty bad but not EVIL after all he just wanted to be adored like everyone else, and he didn't successfully kill anyone, he's just a whiner.
