Who's your favorite Disney/Pixar villain? Here's a list:

Toy Story - Sid
A Bug's Life - Hopper
Toy Story 2 - Al (Zurg doesn't really count)
Monsters, Inc - Randall
The Incredibles - Syndrome

Finding Nemo doesn't really have a villain. Mine is Hopper because is the nastiest and Spacey does such a great job with his voice. Randall is my second favorite because he's pretty cool too and some of my favorite dialogues are between Randall and Mike. How about you all?

Hopper and Waternoose. Waternoose is actually the mastermind in Monsters Inc, Randall's just his assistant.

Sorry all, but I've got to go with the Toy Story 3, Lotso, as the most intimidating villain.
