Of all the actors they could have chosen to play such small unimportant role, they chose de Niro. He does a good job. But come on, it's *beep* de Niro!

Yeah, they chose De Niro, but that doesn't mean they forced De Niro. He obviously agreed to do the part. He must have seen some merit in it.

Well I guess it's like in Pulp Fiction, Christopher Walken is only in one scene. Or in Once Upon A Time In Hollywood, Al Pacino is barely in the movie (I think it's only two scenes).
