Possibly the most most unlike able character in film history

Vincent Gallo was just my ... My God. I watched this movie because of Christina Ricci (who looked banging in this) and Ben Gazzara. (The only other film I saw him in was Anatomy of A Murder but I really liked him in that) but Gallos character in this Billy. Jesus Christ that guy was unlikable. I get it that his life was hard and he had some child hood wounds he couldn't get over but still. I don't know if it was his constant bitching or the way he repeated everything he said but man I couldn't stand that guy. Like Alex from A Clockwork Orange / Tony Montana from Scarface/ Travis Bickle from Taxi Drover were all way more likable than this guy. Even the two guys who strangled that other guy to death in Rope were more likable than Billy. At least those guys were enthusiastic about what they were doing. But Gallo's Billy. Just a big angry ball of negativity. I know he changes at the end but it was to little to late. What do u think

I'm watching this now. I'm not sure I follow his high strung, neurotic Woody Allen impersonation in this. It's pretty annoying. Vincent Gallo seems like he makes a lot of self-important, artsy fartsy movies.

Gallo is a dipshit. This is the only movie I have ever seen him in and the only one I ever want to.
