Who Else STILL LOVES Anastasia?

Okay, so I'm 16 (almost 17) and I still love this movie, I watch it just as much as I watch my other movies, I don't consider it COMPLETELY a kid's movie. Animation is not only for kids, its an art-form and needs to be recognized as so!

So how old are the faithful fans of Anastasia?!

reply

21 almost 22 and I still love this film. I went to see it in the cinema and got the soundtrack as well!

I just got the DVD for 3.99 from play.com and watched it today and I still know all the words to the songs! Love it.

I had to reply to this. I must be the oldest perosn on this board. I am 36 years old and my daughter and I, who is 16 years old and was 6years old when this movie came out, still love this song. I have to say that the animation and the song of "Once Upon a December" is still one of the most beautifully animated sequences in a movie. Absolutely I love this movie. Bartok still has me laughing each time I watch it.

Do unto others as you would have them do unto you-do or do not there is no try.

I'm 27 and I still love this movie, even though I'm probably too old to watch it.

I'm 24 and I still love Anastasia. This movie, along with Hercules, The Prince of Egypt, Mulan, Aladdin and Beauty and The Beast were my favorite animated movies in the '90s.

Christian Bale is sacrilege. Do you see any Americans playing Bond?

I'm 19. I bought the dvd for my kid sister but often find myself copying it for my gay male friends. I like the movie, it's cool but I'd just rather watch the little mermaid

I first saw this movie when it came out in 1997. I was six-years-old at the time, and saw it in theaters. When I was fifteen, I knew there was a movie that I had seen, and wanted to see again, but I couldn't remember the name. I ended up hearing 'At the Beginning' shortly after that, and asked my friend where that song was from - She was the one who made me remember the movie. From there, I simply downloaded it, and have a copy of it on this computer as well (Am seventeen now). So, I'd have to say it's in the top animated movies of my life. Not quite sure where it fits in movies, in general.
