Just watched this again after last watching it maybe 15 years ago

and it's so much better then I remembered. I've been going back and watching a lot of 90's movies and that was a great decade for movies. B movies didn't really feel like B movies, they had an A movie feel to them. They really don't make them like this anymore. Feels like they take no chances anymore.

I agree. This movie is a gem. I actually have a weakness for a lot of buddy cop movies from the 80s and 90s and this is one of them :)

I saw one the other day that was probably late 80s or early 90s and it included a scene from the thunder road place in Grease. Boy that took me back :)

'Then' and 'than' are different words - stop confusing them.

We all know that, just take it easy.

I missed what the guy was replying to you? Was he being a dick?

reply

It was an excellent decade for film, perhaps the last.

reply

Are you trying to say the 90s were better than the 80s?

reply

No, that the 90’s were the last good decade of filmmaking.

reply

Ah, I understand now. Yes, I would agree. On a side note, The 2000s were the last good decade for anime.
