Wast the dead grandma an actual person? It looked like a blowup doll with a person standing behind it to give it a realistic head. That was some kind of prop, wasn't it?

shareI just freeze the scene, we see he cut her left hand. I didn't notice this at first watch. Anyway, I think it's a human, except of the breasts and obviously the left hand. The legs must be real. Also, from what I remember we didn't seen the grandma the whole movie until the last scene, if they take a doll, they didn't need to payed actress named Conchata Ferrell to play the grandma.
