Looks like trash, judging by the poster and the IMDb screencaps.
It's a shame. This was a mere year after Batman 89 was a HUGE blockbuster, and only a few years after the end of the first Star Wars trilogy, so I don't understand why Billy Dee Williams wasn't getting better roles in *proper* films.
