Easter Eggs
Apparently there are some intentionally hidden goodies in the film. Anyone found them?

shareYup,I spotted one! The name Porco Rosso is on the grandfather clock in the antique shop. You clearly see the title old Nishi winds the clock.
shareI have loved this film for years but I have only just noticed tonight a new Easter egg that I personally have never noticed before. When Shizuku is checking out a book near the beginning of the film in the school library one of the books on the shelf says Totoro on its spine.
"Our critique began as all critiques begin: with doubt"
Another Easter Egg is in one scene, Shizuku is sat reading in her room. To the left is a toy resembling Kiki from Kiki's Delivery Service.
I'd rather be hated for who I am, than loved for who I am not.
Very nice.
shareI noticed the Kiki looking doll too, but discounted it because it had the typical black witches dress and hat, which wasn't what Kiki wore (not that kind of witch).
