a cookie/cocoa dispenser in the sleigh? He's stopping at houses and drinking milk and eating cookies all night long.

I think Scott said he was lactose intolerant to that little girl? So it's almond milk in the cocoa dispenser.

Nah, pretty sure that doesn't apply once he changes into Santa.

Maybe on the way back to the North Pole he needs a bite because all the cookies are done.
