Final Girls Secret Society Theory

Was just watching this earlier and had a thought about the secret society Vilmer worked for. What if they were not just trying to scare people but actually searching for/creating final girls? For what purpose Idk but the creepy guy in the limo at the end kind of made it seem like that is what they were up to. Anybody else think this fits?
