At first I thought they were a normal boyfriend and girlfriend but then later it was revealed they were siblings. It's weird but couldn't quite see them as much though it felt very inappropriate once that detail was said.

In spite of all the graphic content, I can understand why someone would single out this part of the movie... inappropriate sibling loving is after all not as common as seeing drug use, murder, etc. in movies, especially comic book films (or it maybe is).
By the way, the sleazy pawn shop guy's reaction to this revelation is amusing.
